Collecting |
Our 2 trucks are specially altered
for casing tire collection. Loading and unloading tires from these
trucks are easier and time efficient than that of normal trucks.
Each truck carries about 200 pieces of tires. This vehicle made
us possible to collect maximum about 800 pieces of tires a day.

Warehousing |
| Collected tires are classified under bland,
size, and grade.Major size used and we collect in Japan is 11R22,5.
Approximately 13,000 of our tires are orderly classified and placed
in our warehouse waiting for your order. |

| 3. |
Shipping |
| The tires in the warehouse are prepared
for container loading after the scheduling of a container. It takes
about 45 minutes to load tires in a single container. In the case
of 11R22,5, we put 292 of them in a 40 ft high cube container. |
